Creative rigor and technical fluency needed to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, often under tight deadlines and across multidisciplinary teams.
Create fun and engaging content through visual story telling and leveraging the various global IP brands within the Ubisoft universe - for Employer and Employee Branding, Internal Communications, Events, Brand & Marketing initiatives for print and digital communications
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity for Ubisoft’s proprietary technologies and game development teams
Design knowledge include graphic design, photography, in-game capture, 2d/3d design, video production and editing, UI/UX, animation and motion graphics to create high-quality, captivating and creative materials that align with each project’s vision
UI icon designs for Snowdrop, collaborating with UI/UX teams to refine the game engine’s iconography through A/B testing and iterative design for implementation in 2025.

Brand Identity and Guidelines
Exploring, developing, testing, designing and executing brand elements in line with the art direction
Updating and developing the Brand guidelines
Creating marketing assets
Create visual assets from scratch and design master assets, to be distributed to the various global studios. To maintain marketing assets that are on brand, making it easy for regions to localise their content.
Assets created include: social media templates, presentation decks
in-game assets (bundle packs, in-game news tiles, loading screens)
In-game capture from Ubisoft’s very own game engine, Snowdrop. Create environmental screenshots for marketing communication: Character posing and rigging, lighting and camera work

Motion Design
Alongside the static designs, motion designs have also been created to add a dynamism and movements to the designs.
From short animated sequences for the tv/announcement screens, gifs for web, Teams and email banners, stakeholder presentations, through to long format sequences such as game play walk throughs or product/service/game explainer videos .
Tasks include animating intro, outro, lower thirds, add transcription and captions, create/tweak design elements (logo, type, colours, shapes, video, audio).
Stakeholders include: Brand, Product, Marketing & Communication, Art Director, Creative Director, Events
These channels include Sharepoint internal websites, Teams channels, Studio announcement tv screens, projection screens, email and also presentations. At the same time, the designs also get used for print (water bottles, posters, notebooks, pins, floor banners, canvas prints, posters, greeting cards and flyers).
